Our wines

Our wines come from our own vineyards, grown naturally without chemicals or shortcuts. We harvest early for bright acidity and let wild yeasts guide fermentation. No additives, no filtration. Just pure wine.

Each bottle is named after a song we love, capturing the rhythm of our land: raw, untamed, and full of life.

Fruita Analogica is our adventure beyond our own vineyards. These wines come from carefully selected grapes, grown organically by local farmers who share our philosophy. We vinify them with the same hands-off approach. Wild fermentation, no additives, pure expression.

Meanwhile, our new plot is growing, filled with young vines that will shape the future. A mix of past, present, and what’s to come, always guided by nature and intuition.
