Inside our historic bodega, we’ve created a space that is now Analògic Restaurant run by the talented Chef Borja Tomas Munells since 2023. Chef Borja brings his passion for locally sourced ingredients and innovative cuisine, perfectly complementing our natural wines.
Set among the old cement tanks of our winery, the restaurant is an extension of our passion for honest, unfiltered experiences. Here, you can enjoy seasonal dishes paired with our wines, all in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Whether it’s freshly harvested vegetables, local cheeses, or sustainable seafood, everything on the menu is thoughtfully chosen to complement the vibrant energy of our wines.

Workspace
We let nature lead: hand-harvesting, wild yeast fermentation, and no additives or filtration. Each vintage transforms on its own, capturing Empordà’s energy.
Vines
Our vines thrive in Empordà’s rugged hills, farmed biodynamically in living soils. With cover crops, grazing sheep and no chemicals, they yield pure, untamed grapes.
Wines
Our wines are alive, pure expressions of Empordà, made without additives and filtration. Each bottle tells a story of sun, soil and time, capturing the wild energy of Empordà.
