Volunteers and internships

At Vinyes Tortuga, we believe that winemaking is a shared experience, and we’re always eager to welcome passionate individuals to join our journey. Whether you're interested in vineyard work, wine production, or the day-to-day activities at our bodega, we offer hands-on opportunities to learn and grow. Our harvest period is around August-September.

Our volunteers and interns are an integral part of our team, helping with tasks like grape picking, pruning, wine fermentation, and more. The work is as much about learning as it is about contributing, and we love to share our knowledge of natural winemaking with those who are curious and enthusiastic.

In exchange for your help, we provide meals, accommodation, and, of course, plenty of wine to enjoy after a day's work. If you want to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Empordà region and contribute to our mission of crafting exceptional wines, we’d love to hear from you.
