Varieties: Cabernet Franc, 60% Merlot 40%
Vinification: Cab Franc carbonic maceration for 7 days. After pressing 50% in stainless steel for 6 months, 50% in old oak for 4 months. Merlot 4 days of whole bunch maceration, pressed and put into stainless steel.
