Grape: Barbera
Vini: Direct pressed and raised in old oak barrels for one year without topping up.
Alc: 12%

Doolittle 2020 RED

Grape: Barbera
Vini: Whole bunch and cab mac for one week and pressed together into amfora. After 6 months transferred to old oak barrel.
Alc: 13,5%

Doolittle 2021 ROSE

Grape: Barbera
Vini: Direct pressed and raised in old oak barrels for one year without topping up. With flor.
Alc: 12%
